A: Simply call the dispatch phone number from anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Mexico. This number is on the back of your membership card and in your Member Benefit Brochure. When calling for service, be prepared to provide:
  • Your name and membership card number.
  • The telephone number from which you are calling.
  • The exact location of your vehicle and nearest cross streets.
  • Year, make, model, color and license number of the vehicle.
  • Nature of the trouble.

A: The Good Sam CVP member, the member's spouse (or other adult in the household) and any dependent children 25 or younger living at home or attending college.

A: Emergency roadside assistance averages between 45 and 60 minutes. When you call for roadside assistance, a service representative will be able to give you a more accurate arrival time. Good Sam CVP Roadside Assistance provides quality, on-time service when you need it most.

A: Good Sam CVP Roadside Assistance has more than 40,000 tow and service providers across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Mexico. Whichever facility is closest to the member and is available for a timely dispatch would be the service called.

A: Yes. You'll get a full 100% refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership - no questions asked. If you change your mind after that, you will be given a pro-rated refund - even if you have used our services.
