This number is on the back of your road service membership card and in your Member Benefit Brochure. When calling for towing service or roadside assistance service, be prepared to provide:
  • Your name and membership card number.
  • The telephone number from which you are calling.
  • The exact location of your vehicle and nearest cross streets.
  • Year, make, model, color of the vehicle.
  • Nature of the trouble.

A: Yes. You'll get a full 100% refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership - no questions asked. If you change your mind after that, you will be given a pro-rated refund - even if you have used our services.
