A: Simply call the dispatch phone number from anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Mexico. This number is on the back of your road service membership card and in your Member Benefit Brochure. When calling for towing service or roadside assistance service, be prepared to provide:
  • Your name and membership card number.
  • The telephone number from which you are calling.
  • The exact location of your vehicle and nearest cross streets.
  • Year, make, model, color of the vehicle.
  • Nature of the trouble.
